I’ve used it. Unfortunately, nothing has worked so far. I hope it helps you.

I’ve read tazarotene may be good for nail issues, especially if they have separated from the nail bed. I use it on my feet where the skin is very thick when I flare. Both my big toenails are a mess. I will post my dr response after my next derm appointment

I’m sorry that you’re struggling with this too! It’s painful and I don’t know about you but my nails are very unattractive.😝 I’m constantly trying to hide my hands because I’m embarrassed by my misshapen nails.
I’ve tried multiple topical steroid and non-steroidal ointments and creams, Xtrac laser therapy, acupuncture, injections at the base of my nails and Cosentyx injections. It seemed to be improving until I had a flair that started a few weeks back. Now the skin under my nails is inflamed and thickening again.
I’m meeting with a nutritionist this week to see if some dietary changes will help calm my system down.
I’m open to any and all suggestions from this group.

Following! I have nail psoriasis and tit is getting worse and worse. Fingernails are lifting, and the ridges are getting really bad. We won't talk about how bady toenails are lol
