Had two injections so far. It’s been 2 1/2 months and I haven’t seen any great improvement although I’ve been told it could take up to four months to start working.
I started Skyrizi about 18 months ago. I saw psoraisis placque improvement in about 4 weeks, nearly all cleared after the 2nd dose (noticed around 7 weeks from start of therapy.)
Skyrizi did very little for my arthritis, and after about 1 year, my psoraisis returned slightly on my spine. I notice slightly more spread on my back by the time each next dose/injection is due.
Howevrr, I am satisfied with the results thus far. It is a great improvement over my original psoriatic presentation which was widespread.
Be sure to ask your provider about vaccine efficacy while on any immuneosuppressant.
I hope this information helps you.

I appreciate the two posts I just read about Skyrizi. I've been taking it for about 6 months, and I do get some relief from my old PsA and my plaques are gone. I have since gotten new locations of PsA that do not seem to respond to the Skyrizi. I am kind of wondering if they are another type of psoriasis, and that might be why the Skyrizi is not working on them. If anyone else has experienced their arthritis not responding to Skyrizi, I would like to know.
2 weeks past my 2nd dose and see very little improvement. I was told you have to wait until 16 weeks to see any results
