I was on Otezla for 2.5 years. Worked great till it started to loose effectiveness and then went to Taltz and again after about 2.5 years started loosing effectiveness. Otezla gave me mild stomach upset for the first 2 weeks but then no side effects. Taking it with food helps as does some Greek yogurt assume reg yogurt would work as well. Good luck.

I like Rinvoq; I've tried Humira & many other meds. It's a process finding what works for you. Everyone is different! Rinvoq is an easy pill, no shots. I've had no side effects or little reactions.
I often have to go off my meds & then I realize they certainly are helping & I'm hurting more without them, more aches, swelling. It doesn't take all the pain away. Auto immune disease is not curable but it makes it easier to get through it all & feel better! Don't give up! You'll find something that helps you! 🥰

Everybody seems quick to rely on prescription things, there are homeopathic ways to relieve symptoms. For example, for the psoriasis there is Mediterranean Sea salt which you can get at most bath supply departments of a store. You put some in to your bath water and take a nice tub soak. Afterwards you don't rub yourself dry but rather dab off with a towel once you rinse. Rubbing can irritate the skin dabbing is more gentle. For sore hands you can use paraffin wax to relax those muscles in the hand and the joints. For your feet there are soft ice packs to put underneath the feet for 20 minutes to help relieve pressure and swelling. Tenderness also. I recommend dovonex cream for flares of the feet on the underside. I've been using it a couple weeks again and it is very relieving. Yes that's a prescription but it's a vitamin d based cream.
