Joe, I'm so sorry to hear that. I have PSA, also. I currently have an Otezla starter pack, waiting to be filled at the specialty pharmacy. I'm trying to get some help with paying for it. I know the cost of this treatment is disgracefully outrageous. At this point, Otezla is the only thing I'm willing to take. The other so-called drugs prescribed for this are worse than the actual disease. I'm scared to take them. Good luck in finding something that helps your joints.

Hi Joe. After reading your post, I am wondering if you have modified your eating habits at all? If you have not taken certain foods out of your diet, it may be worth a try. Foods such as dairy, gluten and alcohol all cause inflammation, and I notice, even on Otezla, that these thongs cause my joints pain when ingested for a couple of days.

I'm trying to find something for it to I was on Skyrizi it helped calm my severe psoriasis only. then was on Cosentyx to try and help the psoriatic arthritis but no luck. Now I just started Stelara so here's hoping maybe it does. The psoriatic arthritis is much worse in my fingers all i can do is try and warm them up to get some relief but only helps in the moment because pills do nothing. Good luck to everyone

I am on my 3rd week of the Otezla starter pack. My understanding is it can take up to 3 to 4 months to feel any better. Not happy about that. My rheumatologist wanted me to be on Orencia infusion but of course my insurance denied it so stuck with Otezla and prednisone. Wishing us both luck on this Otezla. I hope you get your insurance to cover it.
