UVB light therapy worked well for me initially. It could be worth a shot if you haven't tried it before. It gave me relief from skin symptoms for 18 months my first time! Unfortunately, my last and third time trying it, I only got a measly 3 weeks relief before I started seeing my psoriasis return.
