Hi Deborah! Not sure about additional pain due to COPD but I can tell you that biologics may be limited to what you can take. I also have COPD but not on oxygen. In addition I have survived lung cancer which makes my med choices limited. I have tried Methotrexate and Otezla but neither worked. Researching injectables but nothing yet. Hope you start feeling better. Today is so-so but am hopeful! Hugs!!🥰

I notice you mentioned having COPD. While I want to help, I need to focus specifically on psoriasis-related concerns since this is a psoriasis support community. If you're experiencing pain and have psoriasis, it would be helpful to know more about where the pain is located and if you have any visible psoriasis symptoms in that area.

Please consider discussing your COPD and oxygen concerns with your primary care physician or pulmonologist, as they are best equipped to address those specific issues. If you're experiencing pain related to your psoriasis, there are several management strategies that may help:

• Using warm baths to soothe irritated skin
• Applying cold packs to reduce inflammation
• Getting adequate rest when symptoms flare
• Working with your dermatologist to adjust your treatment plan if needed

Remember to always consult with your healthcare providers about any new or worsening symptoms.
