Hi @A MyPsoriasisTeam Member, did you mention your concerns with the possible infection to your rheumatologist? My rheumatologist is pretty good at those questions and knows a lot more about arthritis meds than other doctors.

If my rheumatologist isn't concerned, then I don't worry about it.
Seems like you're pretty diligent and aware of your health, if something is wrong you will probably notice.

Hello, Steelinum, I have been on a number of Biologics since 2019, have had Ps, since 15yeaes old, graduated a few years later to PsA . Went on a,STUDY in 2019, it was for SKYRIZI, my skin was covered, so after the first 2 initial Starter doses ,My Skin, amazing, first time in decades .my skin FELT & LOOKED CLEAR. Thank
you 🙏 Stopped SKYRIZI after 2 years ,( but they kept me on the study for the next 4 years). Still my Arthritis was not under control ( Flare-ups), STRESS was extremely high at that time, hense many Flare-ups, never stopped, Prednisone injections but regulated. Still clear, yippy for real, but the Pain,so unfair, so cruel, I ask myself.,WHY ??. I hear back, WHY NOT, I finally had a new doctor exam me, nice Lady, she explained to me, that she thought I lost My hair, not all but lots ) STRESS, She thought is was generics probably on my, the female side, Grandmother/s? And she thought in a totally different way. From the test, came Back with bring diagnosed with RA This is the reason why I was constantly IN PAIN, 1 new treatment, after another, this was now my FOURTH new treatment. But NOW, treated for Ps, PsA and my New friend RA.. jeez. This was in 2024, I was place in my 5th medication THIS IS A JAK, [ Zelxenz mediation, next line of Biologic but I believe it was 1 of the two that was out there first, at that time. I believe it was RINVOQ, I think you mention that drug. 😊 I will tell you, Steelinum, my Whole World flipped to the Other Side, were all good people go to having No Pain. inflammation seemed to disappeared 👍 over night 🌙. I CRIED, I did keep voicing. for many years, could it be something else? Yes it Was. 40 years later & lead me to the present day. I feel, I need to feel, that everything happens for a reason, has its own place & time. But we can't help but Think , about all the suffering but All of that went RightOut the Window , when I saw & felt, Renewed, healthier, my whole physically routine Amped Up, to move , Without Pain clear skin, was a miracle. I know this but I also know, that one is always taking a chance on their body, their health., when introducing a NEW DRUG into your System. Side effects happen all the time, these drugs are no joke. I have Standard BloodWork ORDERS every 3month ,ard the clock ⏰️ 👌 Thats okay, that is good 👍 Must keep up with BW, Follow the Trends, watch the levels for any changes. And Is it worth it, all the unknown chances of mistakes. . My New Friend, You Better Believe it. This is one girls opinion. Look up All the info you can find ,Understand what should/could happen, let your doctors know you have questions & want answers with much respect, then you should recieve so much more back.
