I am on Tremfya and Zepbound, I am loosing, 40 lbs so far with more to go. You may also need to readjust your expectations. Are you not loosing anything or just slowly! If you are worried about not enough pick up a LB of butter and see how that feels to carry around. Also you may need to look at your water, protein and fiber intake as well as total calories. I would see if your MD can recommend a nutritionist that might help or you may need to go up a dose.

I took Taltz and Ozempic then Mounjaro for type 2 diabetes. I actually lost weight.

I can answer for you as we all react differently but I am on Zepbound and Tremfya. I have lost 35 lbs and am 7.5 mg now. I am not interested in extreme weight loss, I have been steady but not enormous monthly losses. But as important to me my CRP dropped by 1/2, my A1C is now normal and not prediabetic and many other things are going in the right direction. Don’t measure yourself against someone else. But you need to be focused on Protein and fiber and get some activity in - walking helps esp after a meal a 10 min walk helps. But if you are losing and feeling better then celebrate that and realize your journey should not be compared to other people. Good Luck!

Please invest some time into researching natural therapies for P and for Arthritis, DawnFisher. I have found that researching these things has helped me so much to minimize my conditions, and just recently bought Urea Cream to try on my feet.
I asked my Podiatrist about using it (only been using it for 2 days), and she said that it depends on the percentage. Mine is 2 % and she said that was ok to use, but only 2 days per week and not too much...use sparingly, because it thins the skin. I was grateful for her advice, so the rest of the week, I used very thick Sorbolene cream. This is keeping things under control....so I will post again when I've had more than a few weeks trialing this Urea cream. Oh, BTW, it makes your skin feel really nice too.
