I just started Bimzelx a month ago. For me personally it started working in a couple days. I got the shot. I actually get my second tomorrow. After getting the shot all my red spots got a lot less red and my scalp psoriasis literally went away in 2 to 3 days. I did try Skyrizi 3 years ago for almost 12 months and it didn’t really put a dent in it. Bimzelx worked 100% better for me. We are all different so what worked for me may not work for others. I will say after my shot I did feel nauseous quite a bit for about a week, occasional headaches for about a week and was more tired in general for about 2 weeks but feeling normal now. Not sure how I will feel after this 2nd one. Dr said my body shouldn’t have as much side effects as my body has been acclimating to it. Hope it works as well for you as it did for me. I’m not trying to get any hopes up but thought I’d share my personal experience. :)
