I had a scalp biopsy

My scalp psoriasis was diagnosed with just the Derm looking at it. No question as to what I was. PSA was different sent to Rheumatilogist and they did blood work to rule out Lupus and Rheumaroid arthritis and checked my inflammation markers etc. it is a diagnosis of elimination as there is no definitive test for PSA. I
Operant to get treated quickly as damage done by PSA is not reversible. Good luck!

😃Most dermatologists can discern a classic plaque psoriasis from an eczema or an inverse from a pustular just by a visual examine.🧙🏻‍♀️What I have noticed over the years is that the longer U spend being a patient with them the better they get to know U and your condition.... also, there may be questions and even blood work entailed to determine what type it may be.🙂
