I’m enjoying a glass of my red wine most nights with no problems.
Hi Art515, I see you are busy looking for worthwhile questions to test our knowledge on p/s/a.
I heard on the news this very subject and the research revealed that drinking was not good for MOST people. It seems the drink of wine at night serves no purpose except if you can't do without that drink, you are an addict. It seems that there is a one drink a night addict. So be careful.
Apparently it is no longer a need to use wine as and digestive aid. And for most people it just adds to your problems by raising your blood sugar, increasing your already over taxed liver problems and raising your B/P.
Also increases the pressure on your joints. And it is a diuretic.
I say for most of us it's more of a foe not friend.
Happy Holy Weekend , all I pray for Peace, Love and Good Health for all of us.Amen
