I believe that this dermatologist should have her license taken away telling me to use a salt scrub and she told me to scrub hard and it burned so bad and I was in pain for days because of her telling me to do this. Sugar makes more sense as it is a humectant and salt is an anti-humectant.
If you're lucky enough to live near the sea a 15 minute soak twice a week is very beneficial
I found a dermatologist in your area that has really good reviews and they comment back on the reviews. I don’t know how close you live to them or what insurance you have. But they seem like they care. They have over a thousand reviews and recent ones. Maybe, if you can give them a try. I just don’t know why a dermatologist would tell you to use a scrub. I think she just told me that because she wanted me to hurt - honestly! Because it was emphasized to scrub it in hard. So I took a glob of this soft scrub and started scrubbing and open sore and oh my Lord you could probably hear me screaming from four states over.
No she - my ex dermatologist told me to buy some salt scrub or make my own with Epsom salt and scrub it into my sores really hard and clean them pours out. Like I said I think she should have her license taken away. And yeah it's the one I always complain about.
