Only have the breakouts on feet & legs. Not in the bottoms of my feet or hands so can’t have palmoplantar psoriasis.
One dermatologist said psoriasis or excema & a different one said contact dermatitis. A biopsy came back keratoacanthoma.

Coal tar is particularly effective for pustular psoriasis on palms and soles, available as over-the-counter bathing solutions, ointments, and lotions. For home care, keep affected areas clean using mild soap and moisturize regularly with fragrance-free products. Some MyPsoriasisTeam members find relief using cotton socks with Hydromol before bed to reduce cracking. Another helpful tip shared by members is using fresh aloe vera gel applied directly to affected areas and secured with a bandage throughout the day. When using topical treatments, covering the area with cotton or plastic gloves (occlusion) can increase effectiveness - but always check with your doctor first. Some members wear white cotton gloves for protection, though this may draw attention.
